SMS Consent and Opt-In Information

This public page explains how users voluntarily opt in to receive transactional text messages from Thrive on a Dime.

1. Where Users Opt In

Users opt in from within the Thrive on a Dime web application after logging in and navigating to Account Settings.

2. Opt-In Steps

  1. The user opens Account Settings.
  2. The user enters or updates a mobile phone number.
  3. The user reviews the SMS disclosure.
  4. The user actively selects a separate Receive text notifications checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
  5. The user saves the account settings.

3. Exact Consent Disclosure

Receive text notifications

I agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from Thrive on a Dime about new in-app messages, coach/client matches, booking confirmations, cancellations, session reminders, account activity, and important service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of using Thrive on a Dime.

5. Consent Is Optional

Users may enter or update a phone number and use the Platform without selecting the SMS checkbox. Declining SMS consent does not prevent account creation, purchasing, booking, or use of the Platform.

6. Messages Covered

The transactional program may send messages about in-app messages, coach or client matches, booking confirmations, scheduled sessions, cancellations, schedule changes, session reminders, account activity, and important service updates. It does not use this consent for third-party or affiliate marketing.

7. Opt-Out and Help

Users may withdraw consent through account settings or by replying STOP. For assistance, users may reply HELP or contact hello@thriveonadime.io.

8. Consent Records

Thrive on a Dime may record the user account, mobile phone number, consent status, date and time, disclosure version, and subsequent opt-out activity for compliance and operational purposes.
