Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes rules designed to protect Thrive on a Dime users, coaches, services, systems, and community.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to every person who accesses or uses the Platform. It is incorporated into and governed by the Terms and Conditions.
2. Permitted Use
Use the Platform only for its intended purposes, including coaching, personal development, wellness, spiritual, and other services made available through the Platform. Use must be lawful, responsible, secure, and respectful of others.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate applicable law, regulation, court order, or another person’s legal rights.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or abuse another person.
- Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, nonconsensual, pornographic, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
- Misrepresent identity, affiliation, credentials, experience, licensure, services, or qualifications.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Share another person’s private or confidential information without authorization.
- Send spam, unauthorized marketing, mass solicitation, or deceptive communications.
- Introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, interfere with security, overload systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use bots, scrapers, automated extraction, reverse engineering, or similar tools except where expressly authorized in writing.
- Create fraudulent or duplicate accounts, manipulate reviews or testimonials, falsify activity, or abuse credits, subscriptions, bookings, matches, or payments.
- Record, copy, publish, or distribute a session or private communication without all required permissions.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent Platform safety, communication, scheduling, booking, payment, credit, review, or enforcement systems.
4. Additional Requirements for Coaches
Coaches must comply with the Coach Conduct & Platform Use Policy. Coaches may not:
- Solicit or divert clients they meet through Thrive on a Dime to private or off-platform services.
- Request or use client contact information to circumvent Platform communication, scheduling, booking, credit, or payment systems.
- Promote, sell, or arrange outside services with Platform-Sourced Clients unless expressly authorized in writing.
- Use Thrive on a Dime primarily as a lead-generation source for an outside practice or business.
- Request or accept direct payment, gratuities, referral fees, or other compensation from Platform-Sourced Clients unless a separately authorized paid coach program applies.
5. Account and Security Responsibilities
Protect account credentials, use reasonable security practices, and promptly notify Thrive on a Dime of unauthorized access, suspected fraud, or security concerns.
6. Review and Investigation
Thrive on a Dime may review Platform activity and content where reasonably necessary to investigate reports, protect users, maintain security, enforce policies, or comply with law, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Reporting
Report security incidents, abuse, or policy violations to hello@thriveonadime.io. Include sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the concern.
8. Enforcement
Depending on the nature and severity of conduct, Thrive on a Dime may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, reassign clients, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or refer conduct to appropriate authorities. We may act immediately when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform, or others.
9. Updates and Governing Terms
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will receive reasonable notice and apply prospectively. This AUP is governed by the Terms and Conditions, including their governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions. Nothing in this AUP limits nonwaivable rights under applicable law.
