Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes rules designed to protect Thrive on a Dime users, coaches, services, systems, and community.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to every person who accesses or uses the Platform. It is incorporated into and governed by the Terms and Conditions.

Use the Platform only for its intended purposes, including coaching, personal development, wellness, spiritual, and other services made available through the Platform. Use must be lawful, responsible, secure, and respectful of others.

Protect account credentials, use reasonable security practices, and promptly notify Thrive on a Dime of unauthorized access, suspected fraud, or security concerns.

6. Review and Investigation

Thrive on a Dime may review Platform activity and content where reasonably necessary to investigate reports, protect users, maintain security, enforce policies, or comply with law, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Report security incidents, abuse, or policy violations to hello@thriveonadime.io. Include sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the concern.

8. Enforcement

Depending on the nature and severity of conduct, Thrive on a Dime may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, reassign clients, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or refer conduct to appropriate authorities. We may act immediately when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform, or others.

9. Updates and Governing Terms

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will receive reasonable notice and apply prospectively. This AUP is governed by the Terms and Conditions, including their governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions. Nothing in this AUP limits nonwaivable rights under applicable law.
