Thrive on a Dime provides a technology platform that facilitates matching, scheduling, communication, and sessions between users and independent coaches. Unless expressly stated otherwise, coaches are independent providers and are not employees, agents, healthcare providers, or representatives of Thrive on a Dime.

2. No Professional Advice

Coaching and related services are intended for education, reflection, personal development, and informational purposes. They are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services.

Some coaches may independently hold professional licenses or credentials. Unless the Platform expressly identifies a service as being provided in a licensed professional capacity and separate terms apply, sessions offered through Thrive on a Dime are coaching services and do not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other licensed professional relationship.

3. Not an Emergency or Crisis Service

Thrive on a Dime is not an emergency-response, crisis-intervention, suicide-prevention, or healthcare service. Do not use the Platform when immediate medical, psychiatric, safety, or emergency assistance is required. In an emergency or if you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services in your location.

4. Spiritual, Intuitive, and Metaphysical Services

Spiritual, intuitive, energetic, psychic, or metaphysical services are subjective and intended to support personal reflection, exploration, and self-development. Thrive on a Dime does not guarantee the accuracy of interpretations, predictions, impressions, or spiritual guidance.

Do not rely on these services as a substitute for qualified professional advice or as the sole basis for major medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Outcomes vary and depend on personal effort, circumstances, coach fit, external events, and other factors beyond the control of Thrive on a Dime or any coach. No particular result, improvement, opportunity, relationship outcome, income, career result, health result, or transformation is guaranteed.

6. User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for evaluating coaching guidance and making their own decisions. Coaching may involve discussing goals, options, habits, experiences, or perspectives, but coaches and Thrive on a Dime do not control a user’s choices, actions, circumstances, or outcomes.

7. Information, Profiles, and Credentials

We do not guarantee that information, guidance, resources, profiles, credentials, availability, or other Platform content will always be complete, accurate, current, or appropriate for every user. Users are responsible for independently evaluating information and whether a coach or service is appropriate for their needs.

8. Third-Party Content and Services

The Platform may include third-party links, recommendations, resources, products, tools, or services. Thrive on a Dime does not control or guarantee third-party content, security, availability, or practices.

9. Testimonials, Reviews, and Endorsements

Reviews and testimonials reflect the individual experiences and opinions of the people providing them. Experiences vary, and no testimonial, rating, endorsement, or success story guarantees that another user will achieve the same or similar outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thrive on a Dime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Platform or coaching services. Additional limitations are set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The updated version will display a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may receive additional notice and apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
