This Privacy Policy explains how Thrive on a Dime Holistic, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when individuals visit or use the Thrive on a Dime platform and related services.

Thrive on a Dime Holistic, Inc. (“Thrive on a Dime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to users of the Thrive on a Dime website, application, coaching marketplace, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including coaches, clients, visitors, and other individuals who interact with our services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information to operate, support, secure, and improve the Platform:
- Account and contact information: Your name, email address, mobile phone number, account credentials, contact details, and profile information.
- SMS preferences and consent records: Your SMS notification preferences, opt-in and opt-out status, consent date and time, and related messaging records.
- Coaching and matching information: Information concerning coaching goals, preferences, services of interest, availability, personality profile, and matching preferences.
- Communications and feedback: Information submitted through messages, support requests, reviews, surveys, session feedback, and Platform feedback.
- Payment and transaction information: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive transaction amount, date, subscription status, payment status, and limited billing information. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
- Usage and technical information: Information such as session attendance, IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages visited, and interaction data.
- Cookies and similar technologies: Cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and related technologies used for functionality, preferences, analytics, security, and advertising where permitted. See our Cookie Policy.
- Audio or video information: If a feature involves recording and the required consent is obtained, audio or video recordings may be collected for the disclosed purpose.
- Information from third parties: Information received from service providers, referral partners, user organizations, employers, or other users where permitted and relevant to providing the Platform.
- Wellness-related information: Information voluntarily provided about goals, experiences, or coaching needs, which may include sensitive or wellness-related information.

- Create, maintain, and manage user accounts.
- Provide, operate, personalize, secure, and improve the Platform.
- Match users with coaches and support coaching relationships.
- Process payments, subscriptions, credits, bookings, cancellations, and related transactions.
- Provide customer support and respond to questions, requests, or concerns.
- Send operational, administrative, security, account, and service communications.
- Send marketing communications where separately authorized. SMS messages sent through our transactional notification program are not used for marketing.
- Send transactional SMS notifications when a user voluntarily opts in, including messages about in-app messages, matches, bookings, confirmations, cancellations, reminders, account activity, and important service updates.
- Conduct research, analytics, testing, and service evaluation, including through aggregated or de-identified information.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect rights, property, safety, and interests.
4. Analytics, Advertising, and Audience Measurement
We may use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Tag, the Meta Pixel, and Meta Custom Audiences, to understand website activity, measure interactions and campaign performance, create audiences for future advertising, and deliver or prepare relevant advertising.
These technologies may collect browser or device identifiers, IP address, pages viewed, referring information, and website interactions. Where required by applicable law, nonessential analytics and advertising technologies are used only after the user makes the required consent choice. 5. How We Share Your Information
- With coaches and users: Information reasonably necessary to facilitate matching, scheduling, communication, service delivery, and the coaching relationship.
- With user organizations: Where applicable, aggregated or de-identified data and limited engagement metrics for service evaluation, without private coaching-session content unless authorized or legally required.
- With service providers: Vendors supporting hosting, communications, analytics, security, payment processing, scheduling, and customer support, subject to appropriate contractual obligations.
- For legal and safety reasons: To comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; enforce agreements; or protect rights, safety, and property.
- In connection with a business transaction: As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
- With your direction or consent: When you direct or authorize a specific disclosure.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation.
6. SMS/Text Message Privacy and Choices
When you voluntarily opt in, we may use your mobile phone number to send recurring transactional messages about in-app messages, coach or client matches, scheduled sessions, booking confirmations, cancellations, reminders, account activity, and important service updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain marketing; or appeal certain privacy decisions.

8. Security and Data Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Thrive on a Dime is based in the United States. Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards designed to protect personal information during international transfers.
